Katie Martel
Katie is founder of Croft PR and the chart-topping Thriving in Business Podcast. She's a 15-year award-winning brand and PR consultant and strategist who was named as Inside Small Business 'Top 50 Australian Small Business Leaders.'
Katie founded Croft PR a decade ago, and today she leads a creative, savvy and collaborative communications team working with some of Australia’s leading brands. Her mission is to help other leaders - in business, charities and government organisations - to drive PR with purpose - meaning there is a greater, positive purpose than just bottom-line results.
As a mum of two young boys, she's committed to empowering more women and mums in the industry - providing greater opportunities for growth and leadership.

Rebecca Levi
Rebecca is Croft PR's Communications Consultant, specialising in content creation and executing/monitoring communications strategies.
Since graduating from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Marketing), Rebecca has been a key driver in a range of stellar marketing campaigns from Croft PR, with special interest in influencer activations and scroll-stopping content. Bec brings valuable problem-solving skills, creativity, adaptability and strategic thinking to every project she’s placed on.
When she isn't whipping up content, you'll find her at an AFL game, trying out Brisbane's newest cafes or planning her next trip overseas.

Naomi Nott
Naomi is the first of Croft’s Communication Coordinators, specialising in media relations, events planning, content creation and strategic PR.
With practical experience from several of Brisbane’s top PR agencies and applied understanding from her Public Relations, Media and Communications studies at QUT, Naomi brings an eye for detail, a hunger for coverage and a passion for purpose-driven business to the Croft team.
After a day of focus in the Croft Studio, you might find Naomi blazing up a Netball court, hunting for Brisbane’s best lychee martini or putting her hand up for (yet another) volunteering program – but you won’t find her sitting still!

Victoria Tran
Victoria is another of Croft PR’s Communications Coordinators, with a focus on content creation and digital media communication strategies.
Currently pursuing her Bachelors of Communications at Queensland University of Technology, Victoria contributes a rich blend of creativity, adaptability, strong analytical skills, and a dedication to develop content that drives Croft's clients towards success.
When she's not with the Crofties, you'll find Victoria exploring all sorts of social media for content inspirations (or for her own fun!). At home she enjoys downtime with her two cats, and whipping up delicious Vietnamese cuisine.

Alice Simpson
Alice, the latest addition to the Croft PR team, brings an incredible way with words and a flair for content creation, strategic planning, and email marketing in her role as a Communications Coordinator.
With a solid foundation in business and public relations studies, she approaches her responsibilities with equal parts analytical insight and artistic abundance.
When she isn’t planning content at Prospect Studios, Alice can be found supporting her friends at live music gigs and hiking through Brisbane’s hidden rainforests.
